They've changed the workflow on our bug tracking software
So it's all different statuses. However, our source control has a list of valid statuses for checking in fixes and they no longer match. So nobody can submit any fixes for the bugs.

I find our internal one to be an obstructive bucket of shit.
That results in you spend more time telling what you're doing than doing what you're supposed to be doing.
Managers seem to like it though.

Managers do find the distinction between "talking about stuff" and "getting stuff done" quite tricky

They also seem to struggle with the concept of a dev who isn't interested in becoming a manager.
