Ripped OffA friend who worked in a second hand record shop told us about a Japanese guy who regularly bought "rare" records in their shop. One time, he was looking for a signed copy of "Never Mind the Bollocks".
They didn't have one. Four people and one magic marker later, they did. Ker-ching!

A pint of soda Water and limeAt a local went up from 80 pence to £2.50, where as a smaller glass of soda and lime was 20 pence.
The excuse was that as a pint it was reclassified as a pint mix and therefore was a premium price.
I was told this after ordering the pint. grrrr
