Yes.
Also, I found that working in a call centre gave me a weak bladder for some reason. I had to go to the toilet a couple of times an hour. Terrible.

On the subject of outgoing calls; I decided that the maximum number of rings appropriate to allow someone to answer would be three. Three rings then I hang up.

I hide in the toilet for 2-3 hours a day.
