You specified th and gh and sh, but only gave 5 vowel sounds. O could have been 'owe' or 'ohu' or 'oh', so DOUBLE o could have been anything.

yeah a double U would make more sense I guess,but the consonants are always more important. You can afford to take a few liberties with vowel combinations.
