I was watching your language evolve as the afternoon drew on.
Most intriguing, Mu.
And very different.
Kudos.

I was thinking about making a series of little comics about a guy who finds himself in a world he can't comprehend.
It would have involved the alphabet I was fucking about with.

I got some of it from the clever b3tan, (whose name I've sadly forgotten), that cracked the "shits and giggles" message.
Still seeking my Rosetta Stone, though..

Or, I could just steal everything the remarkably sharp Dr. Theopolis has worked out, thus far..

Yeah I remember that one. And I remember not knowing what all those words meant.
And sniggering at "labial"

use it all you like,
I'm not doing anything with it.
It's not a language though, it's just a writing system. Which isn't much use without a language to write in it.
I'm inventing a language as well, mind, although not for this writing system. It has only verbs.

it's good,
but the main horizontal stroke in each letter is meant to join up.

"Mune" is a good word,
but pronounced phonetically would be closer to "money".

I've got one on paper
that's almost readable. I should do it neat some time.
I've been intrigued by the idea of using vowel markers on consonants instead of separate characters since I started reading about Hebrew. This latest one is kind of a weird hybrid, because the vowels can either stand alone or merge into the preceding consonant.

You specified th and gh and sh, but only gave 5 vowel sounds. O could have been "owe" or "ohu" or "oh", so DOUBLE o could have been anything.

yeah a double U would make more sense I guess,
but the consonants are always more important. You can afford to take a few liberties with vowel combinations.
