Maybe you're right.But I don't think so. I've not seen any evidence of natural gender transition in humanity, nor the environment where it may be necessary, but I'd be interested to see if you had some.

what do you mean by necessary?plenty of operations are unnecessary: tonsillectomies, separating webbed toes. The criterion for operating is not necessity, but expected measurable improvement in life quality.
