Basically I think I just took 2 vids to music (to get the timing right) one of my head alone and one of me doing that action with my hand in front of it, made them into frames with Quicktime, did a lot of clipping and joined the two together!

Took a whole day as I recall, on and off! I did another one similar, hold on I'll go see if I have that one in PSD form still, see about bringing that up to modern b3ta board standards an'all, why not!?

*edit* nope can't find it, but here's the 418K version I did as the CFB originally, you can sue me for the 18K over!
