I always upload the same size pic on all my posts so not sure why everyone is freaking out.

I guess some people would say that a basic jpeg like that could be optimised to a slightly smaller size.
Do you have ImageReady or anything like it? That will cut your Tattyshop jpeg file sizes to a quarter
