I guess the nine year old version of me that saw it was far more impressionable than the six year old version that saw Star Wars.But the three years of possibility that existed between Empire and Return are etched into my memory like no other gap between filmic sequels.

I quite liked star wars when I first saw it at about the age of 10.I was less keen on the next one, and didn't bother watching any more.
It is absolutely beyond me why any grown-up would consider them anything more than a reasonably good kids' film and merchandising opportunity.
