Did think about adding him, but then thought I'd have to add Rowan Atkinson, Hugh Grant, Jim Broadbent, Richard E. Grant and Joanna Lumley.The Brit movies from the 60's are lovely, after a fashion, but the history is all wrong.
He's human, (not Time Lord), is actually called Doctor Who, and builds the shittest-looking Tardis you've ever seen in his back garden - whereas the TV movie Doctor is officially classed as being the Time Lord's 8th incarnation.
Methods for making Peter Cushing's Doctor canon to the series have been mentioned, but more as an aside than a genuine interest in doing so.
