Ooh, jammy.
I think I'm going for a quick gammon and fried onion jalfrezi this evening, courtesy of mister gross man's sauces.
Them forrin places may have invented the curry, but they're seriously missing out by not applying it to bacony meats (though you do have to watch the salt levels, which is why I go for gammon not actual bacon).
