You didn't have to do it you know!
I got out of doing R.E. for the first 3 years. I had to sit in class...but not disrupt the lesson...that's it.
And the last 2 year, I just didn't take R.E.
We also had the option of Cooking or Woodwork. We got kicked out woodwork on the first day (Me and 2 others) so we had to do Cooking...but it took is 15 minutes to get kicked out of that too...so for 4 weeks we were walking around doing nothing for those lessons until they made us promise not to be disruptive in Woodwork and get on with what we were set to do....but still never listened much. I went down to the headmasters office covered in white pain once and tried to shake his hand....I didn't like any of my teachers apart from one

oh, i loved the lessons
was great fun, never saw any teacher squirm so much under questioning
