# The benefits / snakes and ladders angle is great,
but I'm struggling to find the link with the educationally based ARM computer.

No doubt I'm missing something obvious...

# I'm sort of having a dig.
My Mrs has cancer and is having treatment as we speak yet ATOS have said she is 'Fit For Work'. I could have written to my MP but I thought it would be better served here.

# Sorry to hear that.
ATOS do our IT support, I shudder to think they're now handling more important services...

# It's hilarious.
All the disabled and sick in the UK who depend on benefits have to go to be assessed every few months by ATOS who get paid vast sums by the government to bully them back to work and off benefits. You couldn't make it up.

# Record Everything
Record Everything, especially their infamous 'Assessment Which Officially Isn't A Medical But Happens At A "Medical Assessment Centre" For Some Unexplained Reason'.

Even if they lie that you're not allowed, that you don't have the right, that it's evidentially worthless, that you can't ever use it, that you have to supply them a copy of the recording, that you can trust them because no doctor would ever do wrong; Record Everything.

Avoid phonecalls wherever possible. Use Writing if you can, or taped calls if you can't. If they refuse consent to be recorded on a call, ask them to transfer you to someone willing to be recorded.

Even if you're already into the process, it's never too late to start rigorously documenting the process.
