I think you'll be looking to flick the bird off the top of the small pig thing at the front, in order to bounce/skim over the tops of the columns. Doesn't look too bad - Imagine if the large pig was buried within the columns.

Basically this, I think.Fire the bird directly at the first pig and drop the bomb when you're just about to make impact. With a bit of luck, the bomb'll destroy the first pig and the bird'll fly up, hit the first major horizontal block and ricochet off at a 45° parabola to hit the second pig. Otherwise you're screwed.
