You could zoom in
and cut round the edge with a white paint brush then there's this funny thing half way down on the left if you click the bottom one of these two funny options then you can paste your image on top with it cut out.

I've confused myself writing this, but I'm sure you'll guess it.

That's ashuming you're using MS Paint anyway
