This is a scanning electron micrograph of a macrophage.
You have hundreds and hundreds of them in your body. They wander around and eat things, then detonate them with superoxygen. They're my favorite type of cell.
I think that Phillip the Macrophage needs the animation treatment, and I don't have the software to do it. :( Some lovely b3tan give up 10 minutes of that report they're writing and have a go?
