no, theres always a way around it.say you can't afford it all, but are willing to pay, then get them to agree a level on which you will pay it back.

given that they were already court-summonsing uswe paid it. I wasn't terribly fussed about agreeing a level at which we could pay it back - we'll just eat beans for a while and be richer the rest of the year.
