# I used to work
in an internet cafe. And one day some guy came in, paid for a bit of time, sat down at his computer, picked up the mouse and proceeded to place it on the monitor to attempt to use things like that.

We chuckled.

# Aye, some
of them here are total chimps.
Installing a service pack? Walk around to every machine copying 'setup.exe' to the desktop.
Win2K upgrade audit? Mark Sun Unix boxes as 'OK for upgrade'
Auditing equipment you support? Stick asset labels on plotters, servers and Unix boxes you know nothing about.
System is low on resources? Run 2 anti-virus apps and SMS (with the over-bloat bug)
Someone not from the IT unit suggests ways to improve your service?
Ignore them - they are not in the IT unit so they know nothing about those telly things.. Um.. wotsit - computers.
