are many ordinary items named after great wartime leaders. For instance, "Wellingtons" are named after the Duke of Wellington, and is a name for the type of boot worn by him. "Cardigans" are named after the Earl of Cardigan, and represent a type of front fastening jumper. "Bush" is named after American President George W Bush and is another name for a cunt.
