Thereare many ordinary items named after great wartime leaders. For instance, 'Wellingtons' are named after the Duke of Wellington, and is a name for the type of boot worn by him. 'Cardigans' are named after the Earl of Cardigan, and represent a type of front fastening jumper. 'Bush' is named after American President George W Bush and is another name for a cunt.
