i tried to warn you¬!!!i had the same problem in Oven Ready.. it was cranking away - flash doesn't seem to have the same problem...

if you have the frames done you could save them individually and load them into flashat 25 fps and just use that to fix the timings for them. It'sll probably save overnready burning out
