The networks are scared of trying to promote this different stuff and give it a chance up against all the other networks who will be showing tried and tested formulaic shows that will be guaranteed to pull in an audience.

yeah it's a shame it works like that cause Futuramawas absolutely excellent, it was pretty surreal at times which was a good thing and I used to laugh all the way through. I think that's the problem, they don't want us to laugh anymore.
