[challenge entry] Bleugh!
Unfortunately, one experiences only two sorts of driver on the roads today. Morons who drive slower than one, and lunatics who drive faster than one!

When it's a 60 mph road that occasionally drops down to 30, they will continuosly drive at 40 mph.

I don't understand that - they obviously are not trying to be safe and not trying to be dangerous. They are just trying to be wankers.

Bunch of gits. What's worse is when it's a road like the one I go on to work - wide enough for two cars and they insist on driving in the middle and slamming on the brakes and stopping in the middle whenever something else comes in the other direction! Then they go and drive at 40 past the local school at the time when kids are crossing the road. Gits.
