Indeed they haveI managed to cope with the Diner, because I was living in Uplands when it happened.
The Tav threw me completely. Went in there last week, after about a two month gap, and it looked different.

I remember back in the day (probably before your time)when the Diner took up half of one of the shops in Uplands, the other half was a barber's shop.
