and my medication makes my muscles twitch - arms, legs, hands and so on. and may also give me epileptic-like fits...

I think my legs just twitch anyways. I got a similar effect when I used to drink coffee all the time, where my mind would be falling asleep, but my body would be twitching too much to let it. Very uncomfortable
