yes i understand now.
in a effort to end the distruction of the rain forest, Oxfam has initiated a program of paper recycling by treating used toilet tissue to a series of bacterial and UV processes to kill any unwanted germs and reforming it to a usable(if somewhat scratchy on the anus) toilet paper.
Well done Oxfam, hopefully other companies will follow suit and we can all help secure the rain forests for future generations.
