They have an elderly version of Unix which isn't selling too well. They also claim that some of this elderly Unix code (which they may or may not own) has been copied to Linux illegally (which they are distributing anyway), and that the GPL license (which they use to distribute Linux) is unconstitutional (which it isn't), and that they will sue end users of Linux (who weren't party to any alleged wrongdoing in the first place).
In other words, all very much legal-mouth-and-no-trousers up to this point (and any trousers they have waved above the parapet have been shredded by eagle-eyed Linux developers).
