what plans do you have for this fine and dandy day?

# Well we are in a bit of a dilemma
regarding the weather. As we had planned to go away for a couple of days in our caravan, but it's a mixture of chucking it down, wind, and sunshine. If it doesn't clear up in the next hour or so then we aren't going nowhere (double negative I know but I'm working class scum)

*shrugs*

# oh dear, nasty stuff, well i hope it clears up as i'm meant to be going shopping.
i got my bonus, woot, but mr brown takes most of it back in tax so i get left with a bag of loose change.

i want to go and buy something fun, but i know i should save it really, might come in useful when i have to buy that last penny sweat to survive on.

bloody dilemas hey!

# Spend, spend, spend
The bonus is only any good if it's spent of beer, sweets, clothing, and useless yet fashionable electrical appliances.

# hmmm indeed. well i spent £100 of it last week in anticipation.
i can't remember any of that night. don't tempt me with electrical appliances, i'll buy a new stereo system or something, in fact i have my eye on a nice arcam system but my better self is saying stop, mmmm i need a new car soon, no must stop.

you've laced my mind with evil impure spending thoughts, damn you!

# I am the godess of hedonism
Why save for a rainy day when you can buy now regret at lesiure. Electrical items are sugar for the sweettoothed. Gadgets, gadgets, gadgets. Cars are great too, but be wary of insurance, road tax, and general running costs which are always a real pain.

# yep running costs are a pain in the arse.
i've just paid my insurance and MOT, but tax is on monday, £637 in total for everything which aint too bad but i need a new car before next year, or a job in london so i can commute as i only live 15 mins walk from the station and it's 20 mins train to central london, plus the pay for my job is £10,000 more.

mmmm, gadgets. right i really must go and acquire my mum some form of present for tomorrow.
