yes, but unfortunately,
the file I want to include is hosted elsewhere, so it always returns as the file not being there.

I just had an idea....
Maybe if I had a file on the server, say online.txt, and if that file existed include the remote file, then I could delete when I occasionally turn my computer off.

it includes the info file off my computer, but I want to have offline text instead of horrific errors when I'm offline
