I designed it to be narrow but bold, monospaced, legible at small size (well it only works at one size but fair enough), to have all the symbols a programmer might need such as {}_#|, dotted zeroes, and brackets () that look OK when paired like that (instead of joining together and looking like an O as they do in some fonts).
