I didnt realise you could make gifs on flashthen again I dont know a lot about it at all. Except its fun to make penises fly all over the place to the tune of baby elephant.

Export moviethen choose animated gif from the drop down thingy.
Although Flash is completely pants at optimising animated gifs. You are better off exporting the anim as a png sequence, then importing into Imageready or similar (if you have it) for the optimising and the tweaking.
