i did work experienceat buckfast abbey where they make it. boring but true. alas, all i got to was rebuild a fountain - i think that you probably have to be a monk to be part of the brewery process.

why are only monks allowed to make it?i think its a tradition or an old charter or something. all i know is that the brewery bit seemed to be solely operated by monks.
