Prime Minister Jim Davidson (contains controversal dialogue)
I'm sorry for the controversal dialogue, but it was just word play from the opening lyrics to his show Big Break, by just placing of his trademark right-wing humour in it. It also has a reference to his reputation with the army as well.

Nice animation, but...
...did you reply to it in response to the Big Break reference?

That's quite some dedication to the art of animating clay
which is a long and painfully boring job and at the end of which you have to optimise the heck out of it - but it shows determination and true skill watch out Wallace & Gromitt.
The best I could manage was this
which was more a test for superimpostion than claymation.

Use a sturdy tripod (tape it down or something so it doesn't budge)
and set the camera to stay focused (don't use auto lighting). This way the background stays stable and it will optimize much better.

Your drummer (below) is crystal clear (and impressive).
The light levels play around a bit in the billiards one above (like the camera is auto-adjusting).
So GIF optimization needs to redo the whole image, not just the animated bit.
/edit: The billiards one is fantastic, too. Don't get me wrong. I'm just pointing out technical stuff Shadows and everything add to the final size/hinder optimization.
