and reckoned
* it would make the page messy
* being able to vote on EVERY LAST THING would be too much choice and disencourage people from voting
* There's not many FPs from within threads. (Yes there are some)

If an image has already been posted once before in a thread of it's own, it'll get voted on, listed in the Popular bit, and eligible to be FP'd along with everything else.

With luck this might conceivably reduce the number of reposts, who knows?
