i made frames in ill and saved for web each one
impoted folder as frames into IR
then however i save it it doesn't seem to animate or even look like the original

the pic is a face done in about 8 layers, saved for web as a 8 colour gif and things seem fine
but when saved from IR only the face shape shows and the details disapear :(

*EDIT* try leaving IR to save for web and import the original files as they are - OR import each Ill file into Photoshop first, to create the layered file, then export to IR

you have an IR doc open with 4 frames
how would you save it if you wanted it to animate
if it's something i've already tried then i know it's my machine that's misbehaving
