I just googled "burn victim". I did create the flames above the lens flare though, using the smudge tool on the girl who stood next to him on the photo.

he had two silcone breast type things put in his back to stretch the skin, then they took out the silicone, removed the excess skin that was created, and grafted it onto the front of his throat so he could move his neck and speak properly.
