You could save really hard, and hope you have £8.95 by the 28th. That would be much easier, and legal.
Anyway, it's *very* unlikely that the media is embedded in the SWF file, I would think it is streamed from the myspace server.
Of course if you are really that desperate, just play it and record your sound card's "stereo mix" channel.
