# Who is 4rthur?
edit: the alarm clock reminds me of a game character off of the Dragon 32.

# Just what I always wanted.

Been coaxing my two with various tasty treats lately.. also some new catnip toys, for exercise.
These have so far been a great success.

# thanks.
i played with last night and gave up after a while. only the 45 insert worked, but it's the one i most wanted to turn out, so i'm happy.

# Why is it a 45 insert?
Surely you get them in EPs too?
(, Mon 30 Oct 2006, 0:32, archived)
# 45s had big holes, typically.
so they required inserts to fit on the turntable's spindle. some had built-in plastic fitters, some just had small holes, but most had large holes to speed up production. so, inserts (plastic and metal) were made and sold. i have hundreds of the stupid things.

# i believe they are called spiders
i rather like them the 45s with big holes in them were pressed for juke boxes
