...for someone who gets bent out of shape about people poking fun at your country, you seem to take a lot of pokes at us queers. if you really don't like us, shut up. we don't need your commentary. if you are just poking fun, then shut up when people make jokes about your country, because it really looks like you are a hypocrite (ie, you feel free to mock others but are sensitive to being teased yourself).

in fact I have even proclaimed to be gay a few times myslef (it was just to make people uncofterble. When I say someting like "LOL UR GAY" it actually me making fun of the insane amount of homophobia, I commenly see amongst my peers, the youth, and whatever kids are on the internet. As for the racist remarks, that too is made as an insult to modern kids, I only embrace the remarks becaus eI find it hilarious that people think I'm being serious. Oh also, I'm not too serious about people insulting America, its just the sensless bashing I dislike, other than that I'm usally just saying it to be an asshole.

i've seen honey debates that take up pages of angry diatribe posts. there was one recently in which people were trying to define (and defend) free range bees, which was unintentionally hilarious.

i hang out there because a lot of the tips and recipes are quite good, but the weird martyr vibe is as thick as cheese.

...to be honest, your approach is less than successful. you appear to be genuinely offended at the jokes made toward your country. that's fair, as people here have the right to take offense at whatever sinks their ballons. i don't recommend hanging about here, though, if you are easily offended.

what comes across, though, from you is that you like to poke fun at all sorts of people who are classically marginalised. that, in and of itself, indicates that you are really mocking bigotry. you're not quite up to mikado level, in my irrelevant opinion, but the sentiment is similar. the wrench thrown into this is your own sensitivity to the "senseless bashing" of your nation. if that were the problem, better to point out a lame joke than to rant in the way you have in the past.

i'm not doubting your intentions, just pointing out that what you may intend is perceived by me, at least, as inconsistent. frankly, nearly every 'gay' joke here is tiresome, but i assume that most of the time it's due to the joker possessing only the weakest of material and the most stilted sense of humour imaginable. since i don't think you fall into the camp idiot or camp bigot, i wanted to let you know that your message is distorted.
