what image program are you using? cos what you need to do is save it as a png or a gif- if you're using the gimp then just saving it with a .png extension should work, if you're using mspaint then file -> save as, and choose the .png option at the bottom of the window. if you're on photoshop, use 'export' or 'export for web'
