yupthere are ones with the braille display at the top of the keyboard, they scroll to the left as well so you don't even have to moe your hands

Yea, the college I work at has a room full of stuff for the"challenged" computer users.
Haven't actually tried it out though, wouldn't make much difference as I can't read braille anyway
