all they have to do is pull the page out of their mag and nobody on b3ta affected has any claim to any credit due.
this whole thing has been going on in the background between b3ta/emap for months, it seems strange
in the past 2 weeks it's suddenly become a 'hot topic' where everyone wants to debunk emap

the definition of 'credit' is still widely open to interpretation and negotiation
my own interpretation is that they find an image they like, print it, say its from b3ta, and then ask you to contact them over the image to gain a credit, which won;t be much I can assure you

all they have is a disclaimer in the gutter of the page saying something like all images are from B3ta.com unless otherwise stated.

it involves a LONG backstory for previous use of images and tagging,
which they need to fully explain to some of us before that can happen, its all a bit 'gridlocked' at present.
