all they have to do is pull the page out of their mag and nobody on b3ta affected has any claim to any credit due.
this whole thing has been going on in the background between b3ta/emap for months, it seems strange
in the past 2 weeks it's suddenly become a 'hot topic' where everyone wants to debunk emap

Have i understood correctly that they are giving credit to b3ta Peeps now? or am I really confused?
What about the latest HappyToast (with tags) in this weeks issue?

my own interpretation is that they find an image they like, print it, say its from b3ta, and then ask you to contact them over the image to gain a credit, which won;t be much I can assure you

all they have is a disclaimer in the gutter of the page saying something like all images are from B3ta.com unless otherwise stated.

Except where specified, all pics from B3ta.com. If you're the person who took any of the spam pics, let us know. We'd love to give you a credit

*goes to find some matches*
edit : I just remembered i have a wiki account, have changed the words "stolen" to "originate" - what is your prefered wording?

all Emap need to do is post our usernames along with the pics and everything's fine and dandy right?
Then if they want to send us a prize for our work then that's even better.

which they need to fully explain to some of us before that can happen, its all a bit 'gridlocked' at present.
If you want, add me to msn sometime and I'll keep you abreast of what is/could be happening
