# Hello I am not a newbie and this time of night all the intellectual people should be here
Serious question and it might contain no or very inconsistent punctuation and possible bad use of English grammar.

I have been talking in my sleep it’s something I’ve done sporadically throughout my life but I think it could be the reason my boy doesn’t sleep he still gets up 3-4 times a night sometimes every hour or so we have tried everything routines cutting out the sleep during the day more milk before bedtime my missus has had enough of my jabbering away, laughing whatever I don’t do drugs anymore or drink as often, actually very little drink, I have been banished to the sofa which is not very family like you know what I mean.

Blah blah blah I have boring myself with that shit, my question really is can I do anything to curtail this annoying habit?

Yours truly

Fucking Knackered

Here have a HedgePig

[EDIT]

No Drugs please, I'd love to but like I said below I need to be rousable (is that a word)

not for resting your body. Plus it might help your son. anyways take a look at herbal remidies and such like I have a herb bible which helps me with things like that.

from a homeopath made me more paranoid than normal, made me think there were people in the bedroom and increased the muscle spasms brought on by draughts known to many as 'fuck me there's a ghost in the room.' Of course, ghosts don't exist but draughts do.....cold wind on exposed skin, anyone? :)

# I had the most unusually vivid dream the other night that
San Francisco got twatted by a massive earthquake. I`m just mentioning this in case it turns out to be a premonition. No point in mentioning it after the fact otherwise people will think I`m a loon, more so than normal.

(, Tue 21 Jan 2003, 23:02, archived)
# I never found it addictive,
and I was only 15 when I had it prescribed.

Though that was probably because they could only prescribe me a child dose when I was 6'2" and weighed 15 stone.
