# it was so funny

her shouting HELP HELP!

i can't wait to see him in the full outfit.
plus he bought me hot fuzz for fathers day!
what a boy
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:35, archived)
# :D That's a cracking lad you've got there.
I love him in his little suit though- he should definitely wear them all the time.

Did he understand the kilt-skirt difference?
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:36, archived)
# i don't think he really knows what a skirt is anyway,
his mum never wears one.

he's totally the right build for a kilt, stocky wee bugger
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:38, archived)
# He's desperately cute.
Although you've now inspired my dress designer to put all of the blokes at our wedding in kilts. I've tried explaining that we're not Scottish, but she says as she is, and my best mate is we can borrow tartan.

I'm not sure I like this idea, but she's doing as she damn well pleases.
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:41, archived)
# you don't have to have tartan, you can have any single colour you like
my kilt's going to be black.
you can also get camouflage kilts.
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:42, archived)
# Nah, traditional's the name of the game.
I shall be in a velvet dress and corset.
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:47, archived)
# what colour?
sal can't decide.

plus don't tie your corset too tight or you won't be able to see where you're going!

# I watched two films at the weekend
And I can't remember the name of either.

Antonion Banderas being 'El Mariachi'.

Desperado? And....er...Desperado 2?

I don't really know why I'm posting this here.
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:26, archived)
# yup
on both counts
neither as good as 'el mariachi'
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:28, archived)
# What's that?
The film they were based on?

I liked them, but that's not saying much- I like most things with Salma Hayek in.

Plus I kind of like how ridiculous they are.

# Has it got Cheech Marin in it?
Does Salma Hayek get her lallies out?
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:35, archived)
# Hahaha!

I saw the new Hollywood blockbuster about the Indian tea plantations . . . I can't remember what it was called . . .

You should compere my wedding reception.

I hennaed my hair too, so I'm bright ginger again.

Oh, and my mate gave me a car (well, said I could have it when I started driving) and a signal booster for the telly! Which was lovely of her.

# That's nice!
TJ: I'm playing around with Sqirlz reflections but it keeps on crashing ('generating errors') at the final step of creating a simple rainy gif image, any ideas why, anyone? :)
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:26, archived)
# have you applied limes?

(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:32, archived)
# I think so
I open a jpg, press on the rain animation, set direction, see the animation, and click on the generate as a .gif, button. At the final stage it creates an error message.

Have I missed a step, then?
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 11:31, archived)

Gradient meshes are the shiz. I tried using them on this of tutt, it took me blinking ages!
(, Mon 18 Jun 2007, 12:59, archived)
# Thass pretty cool, sah!
I almost gave up with this as it looked like summat Picasso threw up at first, however, when the mouth, nose and eyes were added, it all seemed to work. Your shades are a lot closer than mine.
