and on la market- he did have a shoppy shop but it was actually better to do market and stuff. Most know him as Draco, the becapped comic encyclopaedia.

Edit- duh, forgot the point of the answer- he's based in sunny Aylesbury, which is why I've known him since I was old enough to pretend to be 18 in pubs.
