Forgive a minor TJ please... I just read this and I'm astonished. I have standard broadband here, nothing fancy, and we get 54Mbps.
I love England, but the services and infrastructure are really crappy and organizations like BT are fucking cowboys.

Edit: I was wrong, the download speed is around 5 Mbps, which is actually pretty good I think.
