*edit* You guys are right, its better this way. The extra text was an afterthought anyway and it did ruin the overall scene a little.

I like this.
I don't like the bit in the circle, but I like the rest of it.

and it detracts from an otherwise excellent picture.
Sort of like when someone does a really funny animation and then puts a lolcat over it.
I only mention it because I like the image apart from this, so it is meant to be constructive critisism.

on the simple basis that I don't think denigrating someone else's faith is usually justified.
Sure, if you have a genuine grievance or criticism, fire away. But a "ho ho ho, you have an imaginary friend" message, to me, says:
I don't understand your faith. It frightens me. I am superior to you because of it. You are an idiot, and I know better than you.
I only respond to this because it's something that bugs me on here sometimes, and it's not a criticism directed at onephilosophy. We're all guilty of knee-jerk reactions, but playing to the galleries for cheap laughs is surely one of the lowest forms of wit.

"I don't understand your faith. It frightens me. I am superior to you because of it. You are an idiot, and I know better than you."
I think that was a bit harsh
there are plenty of people who were raised in a particular faith and when they've grown up, developed their own opinions and beliefs and decided that what they were "fed" as a child is shit.
If someone believes god doesn't exist, they have every right to express that belief. and if someone's going to be offended by that then I think that this isn't the forum to be visiting.

Saying 'God is your imaginary friend' is not being atheist, it is actively seeking to irritate those who believe.
I know plenty of people who were raised as atheists and then found faith, just as plenty of folk lose their faith.
Tolerance, cockweasle.

Its interesting how a cartoon character actually pissing on the baby jesus is more acceptable than the comment i put in the circle, but i do see what you mean. Anyway i editied it and i prefer the original idea without the text. I do forget that just because im a hethan cunt doenst mean everyone else is!

I never even noticed it said "Manger Douse" until just now. Suddenly it makes a lot more sense, and is even funnier.
