# Hahahaha!
That's mildly irritating!

Woo!

EDIT: Where is the pub 'The Trelly's bum'? MK somewhere?

# The Trelly's Bum?
I can't come up with anything to say to that that wouldn't get me on Mrs Trelly's Ignore list, and frankly, it just wouldn't be worth it.

But, pfft! anyway

# *squints at pub sign*

Does the pub sign say 'Mum's Bum Shakespear'?
(, Tue 11 Dec 2007, 11:16, archived)
# Brakspear
is the brewery

The pub name is someone's bum . . . but I suspect that it's shoppereied!

'ning!

# Using the magic of IE 7's zoom feature
it appears that the pub name is the "Risen Sun", or something simillar. I suspect that only the picture has been shopped and the name remains unmolested. Which is odd, because it is clearly a Full Moon.
(, Tue 11 Dec 2007, 11:29, archived)
# The Rising Sun.
We have a winner...

# Ironic
If Tesc sold that, it'd be ironic. They are a really bad abuser of apostrophes... in fact if you use one in their price comparison search engine it breaks the sites. They've known about it for years (I've told them once or eight thousand times).

# chip's
But surely, that COULD be correct - contraction of chipped potatoes? You can't know what they were thinking of as it is contracted and by default missing the information that would definitively provide the answer.
