They are two different fonts
and are usually installed with the OS (Windows that is). Helvetica is sometimes known as Swiss.

That's very lovely!
Couple of things. Might a sphere work better to put the sky texture on? Also the texture on the supports looks a bit out of place and might work better if scaled down a bit?
