Or any form of Trekkie!You can eat very well beeing a vegan. I've been one myself. I now eat meat occasionally but it has to be from a good source/sauce, if you get meat from a bad source you're as guilty as the people that get done for animal cruelty!

I belive the going rate for a intensely reared chicken is about 9pOf £2.99 when the supermarkets sell it to you. It's about 80p for a freerange. I was always taught that a respectable mark upfor a bussiness was 100%.
